How can we help?
Kizo Stream is a media player only — it does not provide, sell, host, or endorse any television channels, playlists, or media. You bring your own source from a provider you're authorized to use.
✉️ support@kizosteam.comTroubleshooting playback
Most playback issues come from the playlist source itself, not the app.
A channel won't play
- Open Settings → your playlist → Check for dead links to test every channel and flag ones that are currently offline.
- Confirm the stream still works outside Kizo Stream (for example in VLC) — if it fails there too, the source itself is down.
- For Xtream playlists, double-check your server URL, username, and password haven't expired or changed.
Video is buffering or choppy
- Switch from cellular to Wi‑Fi (or the reverse) and try again.
- Some providers throttle or limit simultaneous connections — try closing the app on other devices signed into the same playlist.
Picture in Picture doesn't start
- Make sure playback has already started before triggering PiP.
- PiP requires iOS's background video permission — check Settings → General → Background App Refresh is on for Kizo Stream.
Chromecast won't connect
- Confirm your iPhone/iPad and Chromecast device are on the same Wi‑Fi network.
- Not every stream format is cast‑compatible — this depends on your playlist provider, not Kizo Stream.
Playlist formats
Kizo Stream supports three ways to bring your own content.
- M3U URL — paste a link to an
.m3uor.m3u8playlist your provider gave you. - Pasted M3U — paste the raw playlist text directly if you don't have a hosted URL.
- Xtream Codes — enter your server address, username, and password to connect an Xtream‑compatible account, including EPG.
You can add and manage multiple playlists from Settings, switch which one is active, and remove any you no longer need.
Restore purchases
If you've already bought Premium or Lifetime and it's not showing as active on a new device.
- Open Kizo Stream and go to Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, if prompted.
If your entitlement still doesn't restore, email support@kizosteam.com with the Apple ID email you purchased with (not your password) and the approximate purchase date.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Premium Monthly is billed and managed entirely through Apple, not Kizo Stream.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Kizo Stream to change plan or cancel.
You can also tap Manage Subscription directly from inside the Kizo Stream app, under Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Premium until the current billing period ends. The Lifetime unlock is a one‑time purchase and never renews.
Account & playlist sync
An account is only needed if you want your playlists and EPG data synced across devices.
- Playback, favorites, and locally‑added playlists all work without an account.
- Signing in enables cloud sync, so your playlists follow you to a new device.
- To delete your account and associated data, open Settings → Account in the app, or email support@kizosteam.com and we'll process the deletion.
