Player only, no content
Kizo Stream does not host, provide, sell, or curate any TV channels or streams. You connect your own IPTV source (M3U or Xtream Codes) — the app plays it, nothing more.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties, for advertising or any other purpose.

§ 01Scope
This policy covers the Kizo Stream mobile and TV app and the backend services it talks to. Kizo Stream is a media player — it ships with no channels, no shows, and no streams of its own. Everything you watch comes from an IPTV source you supply (an M3U playlist URL, a pasted M3U file, or Xtream Codes credentials). You are responsible for the legality of the sources you connect in your jurisdiction; Kizo Stream does not vet, endorse, or have visibility into third-party stream content.
§ 02Information we collect
Account information
If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text and never see it once it's hashed.
Device & sync information
When you're signed in, the app generates a random device identifier — not your phone's hardware ID or advertising ID — along with your platform (iOS, Android, or TV). This lets your account recognize which of your devices are syncing.
Usage data
If you're signed in, your favorites and watch history (which channel, when, and for how long) sync to your account so they follow you across devices. If you never sign in, this information stays only on your device and is never sent to us.
Playlist data
Playlists you import stay local to your device by default. If you choose to save a playlist to your account for cross-device sync, its source URL — and, for Xtream Codes, your username and password for that IPTV provider — is stored on our servers so it can sync to your other devices. This is your own IPTV provider's login, never your Kizo Stream password.
Purchases & entitlements
Subscription and purchase status is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and processed through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We receive your entitlement tier (Free, Premium, or Lifetime) and an internal purchase reference — never your card number or full payment details, which Apple/Google handle entirely on their own systems.
Advertising data
Free-tier users are shown ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, this is subject to the App Tracking Transparency choice you make when prompted. Google's own privacy policy governs how it uses advertising identifiers.
§ 03How we use it
- To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
- To sync your playlists, favorites, and watch history across your devices.
- To verify your subscription status and unlock the features you've paid for.
- To show ads to free-tier users, and stop showing them once you upgrade.
- To respond when you contact support.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure.
§ 04Third-party services we use
- Apple App Store / Google Play — process all payments; we never see your payment details.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription state across app stores.
- Google AdMob — serves ads to free-tier users only.
We don't use any other third parties to process your personal data today. If that changes — for example, when a future recording feature adds cloud storage, or if we add crash reporting — this policy will be updated first, with a new "last updated" date above.
§ 05Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your email, synced playlists, favorites, and watch history from our servers, aside from records we're legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).
§ 06Your rights & choices
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete account, after confirming your password. This immediately and permanently removes your account, saved playlists, and synced favorites and history from our servers.
For anything else — access, correction, or export of your personal information — email us at privacy@kizosteam.com from your account's email address and we'll act on it promptly.
You can stop cross-device sync at any time by signing out — your local data stays on your device, and nothing further is sent to our servers.
§ 07Children's privacy
Kizo Stream is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
§ 08International data transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.
§ 09Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS) for everything sent to our servers, and access controls limiting who can view your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
§ 10Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and post the new version here. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app.
