Terms of Service

§ 01Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kizo Stream (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App. If you're using the App on behalf of someone under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have the authority to agree on their behalf.

§ 02The service

Kizo Stream is a media player. It ships with no television channels, no shows, and no video-on-demand catalog. To watch anything, you provide your own IPTV source — an M3U playlist URL, a pasted M3U file, or Xtream Codes login credentials from a provider of your choosing. We do not select, review, endorse, or have visibility into the content those sources deliver, and streams play directly from your source to your device — never routed or proxied through our servers.

§ 03Accounts

Creating an account is optional and only needed for cross-device sync of favorites, watch history, and saved playlists. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, after confirming your password.

§ 04Subscriptions & billing

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Both are billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your payment card details.

• Renewal: Premium renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions) — not within the App itself, since the App Store/Play Store owns the billing relationship.
• Refunds: handled entirely under Apple's and Google's own refund policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• Price changes: we'll give notice through the store platform before any subscription price increase takes effect for existing subscribers, as required by the platform.

§ 05Free tier & advertising

The free tier is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Premium and Lifetime remove ads entirely. We aim to keep ad load reasonable and never place ads over playback controls; if you feel ad frequency is excessive, contact us.

§ 06Your content & conduct

"Your content" means any playlist, source URL, or credentials you add to the App. You retain all rights to it; we only store what's needed to sync it across your devices if you choose to save it to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access content you don't have the legal right to view in your location.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any subscription/entitlement checks.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

§ 07Intellectual property

The Kizo Stream app, its design, logo, and underlying code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the App as intended. We claim no ownership over any content accessible through sources you supply.

§ 08Third-party services

The App relies on the Apple App Store / Google Play (billing), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Google AdMob (advertising). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for what we share with each.

§ 09No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular IPTV source will play correctly — stream reliability depends on your source provider, which is outside our control.

§ 10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kizo Stream and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App — including issues caused by third-party IPTV sources you connect. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $0 if you used the free tier only).

§ 11Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these terms, or your use of an IPTV source you connect that infringes someone else's rights or violates applicable law.

§ 12Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) continue to apply after your account ends.

§ 13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

§ 14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
